New Exalate Dashboard

The Dashboard lets you track the number of items under sync over time. You can monitor all the connections you have access to or focus on a specific integration or connection.

Dashboard data is displayed as cumulative snapshots and refreshed daily.

    How to Access the Dashboard

    1. Log in to the New Exalate Console.
    2. Select Dashboard from the left menu.

You can also open the Dashboard for a specific connection:

    1. Go to the Connections list.
    2. Open the Action Menu for the connection.
    3. Select View Dashboard.

The Dashboard opens with that connection already selected.

    Choose What to Monitor

Use Scope to select the data you want to display:

    • All — Shows the total number of items under sync across all the connections you have access to.
    • Integration — Shows data for the selected integration.
    • Connection — Shows data for a specific connection.

    Select a Time Range

Choose one of the available time ranges:

    • 7d — Last 7 days
    • 30d — Last 30 days
    • 90d — Last 90 days
    • 12m — Last 12 months
    • Custom — A date range you define using the From and To fields

By default, the Dashboard displays the last 30 days.

You can group the data by Day, Week, or Month. Weekly and monthly values represent the number of items under sync at the end of that period. They are not the sum of the daily values.

A chart can display up to 400 periods. If your custom range exceeds this limit, select a shorter range or use a broader grouping such as Week or Month.

    Understand the Dashboard Data

The Items under sync section provides the following information:

    • Items under sync now — The latest reported number of items under sync for the selected scope and time range.
    • Change in range — The difference between the first and last reported values in the selected range. The percentage shows the relative change.
    • Average changed per day — The average daily increase or decrease during the selected range.

The graph shows how the number of items under sync changed over time. Point to a reported period to view its date and item count.

The number increases when additional entities begin synchronizing. It remains stable when there is no net change and decreases when entities are no longer under sync, for example after they are unlinked or deleted.

A gap in the graph means that no data was reported for that period. It does not mean the number of items under sync was zero.

    Review Raw Data

The Raw data section contains the same data points shown in the graph, with the newest period listed first.

    Each row includes:

    • Period — The day, week, or month represented by the data point.
    • Items under sync — The reported number of items under sync.
    • Change vs. previous — The difference compared with the preceding period.

If a period displays No data, no value was reported for that period.

    When No Data Is Available

If you have not created any connections yet, select Create a new connection to start tracking items under sync.

If no data is available for the selected period, select Widen to last 12 months or choose another time range.

If the graph is temporarily unavailable, select Try again. This does not affect your synchronization. If the problem continues, contact Exalate Support and include the reference displayed on the Dashboard.
