Exalate Subscription-Based Pricing Model
Exalate uses subscription-based pricing determined by the number of active items in sync, not by individual system instances. This integration-based model allows multiple connections to share the same subscription, making it more cost-effective than the previous instance-based approach. An "active item in sync" refers to any work item, ticket, or issue currently being synchronized between systems.
Exalate Subscription Tiers
Exalate offers four subscription tiers to accommodate different organizational needs:
- Starter Plan
- Scale Plan
- Pro Plan
- Enterprise Plan
Each plan provides specific features and benefits to match the scale of your integration needs.
Starter Plan: Basic Integration for Small Teams
The Starter Plan supports up to 50 active items in sync and includes the following:
- Connectors for Jira Cloud, Azure DevOps Cloud, Zendesk, Freshdesk, GitHub, Freshservice, and Asana.
- AI tools and community support.
Scale Plan: Enhanced Features for Growing Teams
The Scale Plan extends capacity to 200 active items while adding:
- Bulk sync capabilities.
- The ability to link existing items.
- Standard support.
Pro Plan: Custom Active Item Limits for Larger Deployments
The Pro Plan provides custom active item limits and includes:
- All connectors from the Scale Plan.
- Support for Azure DevOps Server, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Early access connectors and proof-of-concept support.
Enterprise Plan: Unlimited Active Items for Large Organizations
The Enterprise Plan offers:
- Unlimited active items in sync.
- All Pro connectors.
- Optional new connector development, data residency options, priority support, and more.
Comparison with Exalate Classic
This pricing structure differs significantly from Exalate Classic, which charged per instance and required separate licenses for each system. The new integration-focused model allows you to create multiple connections within a single subscription, as long as your total active items stay within your plan's limit.
