This article describes how to set up Exalate synchronization with your Xurrent Requests.
Exalate for Xurrent: Exalate for Xurrent is a hosted service that connects to your Xurrent system via API. Your data remains secure and is only accessed through Xurrent's official API.
Before you begin
Ensure you have:
- Access to create Personal Access Tokens in Xurrent
- An Exalate account
Step 1: Create Xurrent Personal Access Token
- In Xurrent, click your profile picture in the top right
- Select My Profile
- Go to the Personal Access Tokens tab
- Click '+' button
- Provide Name to Personal Access Token
- Click Add record types , and provide relevant scopes. Refer permission guide for relevant scopes or permissions
- Click Generate Token
- Copy the token immediately
Security: Treat your Personal Access Token like a password. Don't share it or store it in unsecured locations.
Step 2: Register with Exalate
- Go to the Exalate registration page
- Select Xurrent as your platform
- Enter your workspace information:
- Xurrent URL: https://<domain>.xurrent.qa or https://<domain>.xurrent.com
- Password: The token from Step 1
- Complete the registration process
