Exalate connects major work management, service desk, and project tracking platforms including Jira Cloud, Jira Data Center, Azure DevOps Cloud and Server, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Freshservice, GitHub, Xurrent (formerly 4me) and Asana. These connectors are generally available and fully supported with all synchronization capabilities.
The platform also offers early access connectors for ManageEngine Service Desk Plus, Ivanti, TOPdesk, HaloITSM, SolarWinds, and ConnectWise. Early access means these integrations are functional but may receive additional feature updates based on user feedback before moving to general availability.
Each connector supports real-time bidirectional synchronization of work items, custom fields, attachments, comments, and status updates. Organizations needing integrations with systems not currently listed can request custom connector development through Enterprise subscription plans.
