When a sync error occurs on a connection, Exalate can email you about it. This is controlled per connection, and only for your own account.
Turn on error notifications
- On the required connection, click the three-dot menu and navigate to Connection Properties.
- Under Error notifications, turn on Enable error notification.
Alerts are sent to the email address on your account. You can only manage notifications for yourself — not for other users on the connection.
New connections
When you create a connection, error notifications are enabled by default for you as the creator.
