Install Exalate for Xurrent

Install Exalate Classic for Xurrent by generating a Personal Access Token in your Xurrent profile, then registering your workspace URL and token on the Exalate platform to start syncing Requests.

All API permissions required by the Exalate Classic Xurrent connector. Minimum: Request:Read, Create, Update. Full sync needs Note, Person, Team, UI Extension, and Service Instance scopes. Includes graceful degradation and error reference.

Exalate Classic validates Xurrent attachments before upload. Per-file limit is ~2 GB; allowed extensions are account-configurable. Unsupported file types or oversized files fail with clear error messages.
