Released for Jira on-Premise on August 8, 2024
In this release, we've resolved the following issues:
Bug fixes
- XLT-5549 - Unable to sync Attachments from Jira Server when the Attachments Storage is in S3.
Known Issue
- XLT-5861 - Apply of free Trial license generated by Atlassian gives a warning.
Our team is actively working on a fix, but in the meantime, we have found a workaround to help mitigate the issue:
Copy and paste manually generated license into the license field of Exalate app on the manage app page.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we resolve the issue in the next release.
⚠️ Important Note: End of Support for Jira 7 & Jira 8
In this release, we stop supporting Jira 7.
Additionally, starting with our next release scheduled for September 4, 2024, support for Jira 8 will also be discontinued due to Atlassian's end of support for this version.
