Initiate a Script Mode connection in Exalate Classic for Freshdesk or Freshservice. Enter the destination URL, select Script Mode, fill in connection details, choose your target project, and share the invitation code with the destination admin to accept.
Accept the Connection Invitation in Script Mode for Freshdesk or Freshservice
Accept a Script Mode connection invitation in Exalate Classic for Freshdesk or Freshservice. Go to the Connections tab, click Accept Invitation, paste the invitation code, and click Next to complete the setup.
